1. Who you are buying from

The seller is the person named in the Impressum. These terms apply to the purchase of an Ultra Power for ChatGPT Pro licence through this website.

2. What you are buying

A personal licence key that unlocks the Pro features of the Ultra Power for ChatGPT browser extension. Pro is available on three plans: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The key is delivered by email as digital content and is verified offline inside your browser.

A lifetime key is a single payment with no subscription and no renewals; "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, and every future version of the extension accepts your key. A monthly or yearly key carries an expiry and renews automatically through Stripe until you cancel; on each renewal a fresh key is issued. You can cancel a subscription at any time (see the refund and withdrawal policy for how); cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is final. No VAT is charged or shown (German small-business exemption under § 19 UStG). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Your key is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within one minute of payment. If it does not arrive, check spam, use the key recovery form, or email us; you are entitled to what you paid for and we will make sure you get it.

5. Licence terms

• The licence is for you, on any number of your own browsers and machines.
• Do not resell, publish or share the key. A key that shows up publicly can be blocked in a future release; you can always get a replacement by proving the original purchase email.
• The extension and the licence are provided as-is; see liability below.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Details, including the European Union 14-day withdrawal right and the digital-content exception, are in the refund and withdrawal policy, which is part of these terms.

7. The extension is independent

Ultra Power for ChatGPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. The extension operates on your ChatGPT account on your instruction, using ChatGPT's own interfaces. If chatgpt.com changes in a way that breaks a feature, we work to restore it, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with a third-party site.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage, at most the price you paid. Deleting chats is the extension's purpose: chats you delete after the trash retention window are permanently gone by design, and that is not a defect.

9. Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
