How payment works
- Payment methods: all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others), processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel.
- Delivery: your licence key arrives by email, normally within a minute of payment. Paste it into the extension's options page and Pro is active. A lifetime key is verified offline and never expires. A monthly or yearly key is also verified offline, but carries an expiry; when your subscription renews, the extension fetches the fresh key for you in a single call (or you can paste the re-issued key by hand). Details are in the privacy policy.
- Cancelling a subscription: there is no self-serve cancellation page yet. To cancel, email marlinjaipohl@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we cancel it in Stripe. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for; a lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
- Lost keys: recoverable any time; we re-send your key to the email you paid with. Recover a key.
