Chrome extension for chatgpt.com
Bulk delete for ChatGPT.
The only one you can take back.
Checkboxes on every chat. Shift to select a range. Clear two hundred in one action. And because ChatGPT deletes permanently, nothing here is gone until you say so.
Your selection survives being checked
Select two hundred, then click through them one by one to see what they actually are, unticking the keepers as you go. The selection is held by the extension, never read back out of the page, so it survives previewing, navigation, a sidebar redraw and a full reload.
Verified: 300 selected, held through three previews, a redraw and a hard reload.
Select all means all
Every chat in your history is indexed locally, not just the forty the sidebar has drawn. Select all reaches the thousandth chat you have not scrolled to since March.
1,074 chats indexed on a real account.
Navigating away does not stop it
Bulk actions run in the extension's background worker, not the page. Open another chat, switch tabs, keep working. The run carries on and reports what landed.
Retries on rate limits, backs off, and can be cancelled mid-run.
Two hundred chats, three gestures
- 1Select all
Or tick a few, then shift-click to take everything between.
- 2Look through them
Click into any chat to check it. Untick the ones you want to keep. Nothing is lost.
- 3Move to trash
One action. They leave your list immediately and stay recoverable.
ChatGPT's delete is permanent. Ours is not.
Ask ChatGPT to bring back a deleted conversation and its own servers answer
404 conversation_deleted, can_retry false. There is no undo, for anyone.
So Ultra Power does not delete straight away. Chats you trash are archived out of your list and held, by name, in a trash you can read. Restore any one of them with a click. When the window closes, they are deleted from ChatGPT for good.
Worth being straight about: during that window a trashed chat is archived, not deleted. It still exists in your OpenAI account. If you are clearing chats for privacy rather than tidiness, use Delete now in the trash, which is immediate and final.
The rest of it
Folders
ChatGPT has none. These live in your browser, so nothing about your account changes. Move chats in bulk. Deleting a folder never deletes a chat.
Bulk archive
Same selection, same speed, fully reversible on ChatGPT's side.
A sidebar that fits
Wider by default, because a checkbox needs room. Drag the edge to set your own width.
Keyboard
Shift-click for a range. Escape clears. Cmd+A takes everything.
One payment. Not a subscription.
The nearest alternative charges 120 a year. This costs 49, once, and every future version is included.

What it does not do
- It is not instant. ChatGPT's own API takes about three seconds per chat, so a couple of hundred takes about a minute. Twelve run at once, and it backs off if ChatGPT pushes back.
- Folders are local. They live in this browser. They do not sync, and they do not appear on your phone.
- A trashed chat is archived, not deleted, until its window closes. Use Delete now if you need it gone immediately.
- The purge needs the extension running. Disable it and nothing gets permanently deleted. Chats stay archived and the next run catches up.
Clear the backlog.
A thousand chats you will never open again, gone in about a minute, and back in one click if you were wrong.
